How to Access the Outreach Centre
Devon Hospitals' School Outreach Centre is based in the West Exe Children's Centre, Cowick Street, Exeter, EX4 1HL.

To access the Outreach Centre, please go through the West Exe Children's Centre pedestrian gate. There are two latches to keep the children safe.
There are cycle racks through the gate to the left, which can be used by any visitors to the Centre.
The car park is reserved for staff members with permits. There is plenty of on-road parking in the residential streets nearby, as well as local car parks.
Follow the path towards the West Exe Children's Centre main reception, which is straight ahead through the double doors.
Devon Hospitals' School Outreach Centre can be accessed through the wooden gate on the left, before you reach the main reception.
The wooden gate leads to our small outdoor area. There is a sliding latch on the inside of the gate at the top.
The door to the Outreach Centre classroom is at the end of the outdoor area on the right.
The whole route from the pavement to the classroom is level tarmac with no steps. Some visitors, eg wheelchair users, may need assistance with the top gate latch.
