EYFS
We provide a safe, stimulating learning environment where all children feel included, secure and valued, and where we encourage children to make choices and develop independence. We offer a play based, imaginative, motivating curriculum based on your child’s needs and interests and building on previous learning. We place a strong emphasis on the three Prime Areas of Learning – Communication and Language, Physical Development and Personal, Social and Emotional Development – and give your child opportunities to develop key skills such as speaking, listening, concentration, persistence and co-operation.
Development matters provides a framework for expected development in the Early Years and we use this to measure progress and to enhance our provision.
