Exeter’s BIGGEST Community Mental Health Day

21 May 2026 (by Rachael Stocks (Rachael))

This June, Exeter will host ‘Exeter’s Biggest Community Mental Health Day’, the city's biggest community-focused mental health event.

The event is organised by CoLab, one of the five partners within the Devon Mental Health Alliance (DMHA), and invites people across the city to explore what matters most to them right now.

Exeter’s Biggest Community Mental Health Day offers a safe, supportive, non-medical space for people to connect with local services, groups and activities that relate to everyday pressures affecting mental wellbeing — including housing, relationships, work and training, health and money.

There are two open sessions, so people can drop in at a time that suits them.

When: Monday 1st June 2026, 10am–1pm and 3pm–6pm

Where: Exeter Corn Exchange
